1. Cancellations
1.1 Changing or Cancelling Appointments
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, LaCornue Appliance Repair requires at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation charges. Late cancellations—those made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time—may result in a cancellation fee. If our technician arrives and is unable to perform the service due to access limitations or other customer-related factors, a standard service call fee may apply.
1.2 Missed Appointments
If no one is available at the scheduled appointment time and no advance notice has been provided, a service call fee will be charged.
2. Deposits
2.1 Non-Refundable Deposits
All deposits made to LaCornue Appliance Repair are final and non-refundable. Deposits help secure your booking and allow us to pre-order necessary parts for your service.
2.2 Applying Deposits to Your Balance
Your deposit will be credited toward the total amount due on your final invoice once the service is completed.
3. Refunds
3.1 Services Already Provided
We do not offer refunds for work that has already been completed. If problems continue following service, we will evaluate the issue and offer solutions that fall under the terms of our service warranty.
3.2 Service Complaints
If you’re unsatisfied with the service received, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, including follow-up visits if warranted under the terms of our warranty.
4. Warranty Terms
4.1 Labor Guarantee
LaCornue Appliance Repair provides a 30-day warranty on labor performed. This warranty excludes consumable items and parts that naturally wear over time, such as filters, refrigerants, fuses, or access valves.
4.2 Filing a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty request, please contact us within 24 hours of identifying the issue and ensure our technician has access to assess and complete any required follow-up work.
4.3 Warranty Limitations
Our warranty is limited to services provided directly by LaCornue Appliance Repair. It does not extend to third-party work or referrals outside of our organization.
5. Estimates and Service Charges
5.1 Pre-Repair Estimates
A written estimate will be provided before any repair begins. No extra work or costs will be incurred without your explicit consent.
5.2 Diagnostic Fees
If you decide not to proceed with the recommended repairs following diagnosis, a diagnostic fee may still apply to cover the evaluation performed.
