  1. Acceptance of Terms By using the website or scheduling services through LaCornue Appliance Repair (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the terms outlined here, please refrain from using our services.
  2. What We Do LaCornue Appliance Repair provides residential and commercial clients with expert appliance and HVAC inspections, repairs, maintenance, and part replacements. Our team services a broad range of household and commercial-grade equipment.
  3. Appointments and Scheduling 3.1 Scheduling a Visit Appointments can be made by calling us, submitting a request through our website, or by contacting us through other available communication channels. We strive to honor your preferred date and time, though availability depends on our scheduling capacity.
3.2 Changes and Cancellations To avoid cancellation fees, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 3.3 Preparing for Service Please ensure that our technicians have safe and clear access to the appliance and that any necessary information is provided in advance to help complete the service efficiently.
  1. Estimates and Payment Policies 4.1 Written Quotes Before any repair work begins, a written estimate will be presented. We will not proceed with any additional services or charges without your prior consent.
4.2 Diagnostic Fees A diagnostic charge may apply to assess the issue and prepare an estimate. This fee is separate from the cost of repair unless otherwise stated. 4.3 Payment Terms Payment is due immediately upon service completion unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to in advance. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
  1. Warranty Terms 5.1 Labor Warranty Our labor is covered by a 30-day warranty from the service date.
5.2 Parts Warranty Replacement parts are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. We do not offer any additional coverage unless explicitly stated. 5.3 Warranty Limitations Warranty coverage excludes consumables such as refrigerants, filters, fuses, valves, and components subject to routine wear. This warranty is void if we are not notified of the issue within 24 hours or if we are not allowed to perform the necessary follow-up work. 5.4 Extended Warranty Conditions If you have an extended warranty, annual maintenance must be completed as outlined in the service agreement to maintain coverage.
  1. Liability Limitations We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages, including but not limited to food spoilage, cosmetic damage, or wear and tear resulting from appliance servicing, removal, or reinstallation.
  2. Third-Party Service Notice Some services may be carried out by subcontractors. We are not responsible for any representations, promises, or guarantees made by unrelated contractors or referral services.
  3. Ownership of Materials All tools, equipment, and replacement parts used during service remain the property of LaCornue Appliance Repair (or its suppliers) until the invoice has been paid in full.
  4. Policy Updates We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. All changes will be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
  5. Legal Jurisdiction These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal disputes will be handled in accordance with Florida state law, regardless of any conflicting legal principles.
