The Chateau series is more than just a range; it is a masterpiece of kitchen engineering. However, the materials used — including solid brass, cast iron, and high-fired enamel — require specific care routines to prevent premature aging and technical failure.
When deep cleaning a Chateau, the approach must be surgical. Standard off-the-shelf degreasers can often contain high levels of sodium hydroxide which will dull the hand-applied enamel finish and pit the solid brass trim. We recommend using a pH-neutral solution combined with targeted tools for the burner assemblies.
